COIN’s first ever headlining show in Philadelphia was a packed, sold out show at The Foundry on Friday night. Touring off their sophomore album How Will You Know If You Never Try released just a few weeks ago, the Nashville based indie-synth pop group already has a strong and ever growing fan base. Armed with an array of new songs, Chase (vocals/synth), Ryan (drums), Joe (guitar) and Zach (bass) treated their fans to a night of upbeat jams that made you want to dance (their hit single, I Don’t Wanna Dance seems a little ironic). They played songs off their self-titled debut album like Run, Atlas, Time Machine, and Fingers Crossed to keep the older crowd pleased as well. They head south to finish up the tour before heading on a festival run appearing at Hangout Fest, Bonnaroo, Forecastle, and Life is Beautiful.
